National Review countersignals the anti-pedophilia right

Repulsive. Smarmy. Chinless. Former senior writer at National Review and moralizing slimeball David French is back, baby! Never one to pass up a opportunity to lambast actual conservatives for trying to actually fight back against crazed liberals, French dropped this gem on Twitter:

The slinging of the word "groomer" or insinuations of sympathy for pedophilia by the same people who spent *years* stanning for the man who appeared in "Playboy Video Centerfold: Playmate 2000 Bernaola Twins" (and that might be the least worst thing he did) is just too much. /1

Let’s make one thing clear, David: someone doesn’t need to actually touch a child in order to be a pedophile. A sexual interest in children takes many forms. As does grooming. The Biden administration, for instance, expresses profound concern with sexualizing children and permanently mutilating their bodies to fit a freakish and ideological view of gender. That is grooming. Plain and simple.

Here are the receipts: In a document released by the Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Population Affairs, the Biden administration states its support for transgender surgery and puberty blockers for children. That document describes “gender-affirming care” as a “supportive form of healthcare” that includes “an array of services” including “medical, surgical, mental health, and non-medical services for transgender and nonbinary people.” The document argues that children should receive that “care” saying that:

For transgender and nonbinary children and adolescents, early gender- affirming care is crucial to overall health and well-being as it allows the child or adolescent to focus on social transitions and can increase their confidence while navigating the healthcare system.

This document later clarifies that “irreversible” gender-affirming affirming surgery (total removal of sexual genitalia and secondary sex characteristics like breasts) should be used on adolescents on a “case by case” basis.

If you don’t get why this is sick and perverted, something is broken in your soul. Your instincts don’t work. If you need me to explain to you why this is predatory grooming, you’re already lost.

There is no such thing as a transgender child just as there is no such thing as a gay child. A child cannot really comprehend changing his gender or undergoing puberty or having sexual relations. Trying to foist that understanding on children is abusive and cruel. It is a form of sexual grooming. It is deeply evil because it deliberately targets the innocence and weakness of children for ideological purposes.

But of course David French’s real concern is bashing the conservatives who oppose this insanity. Why? Because these same conservatives like Trump, a straight man who once had sex with adult women. French wants to treat Trump sleeping with Hollywood hoes in private the same as Biden supporting cutting off a child’s genitals and pumping them with sterilizing drugs. It’s an idoitic and vile position, but what more is there to say other than:
