One of the primary benefits that I foresaw in going paid on Substack was the ability to engage with my most dedicated and active supporters on ideas and projects that are still in process. Not everything I am working on is ready for prime time. Some of it needs to be processed and thought through before I believe it is ready for a wider audience.

Still, I like having feedback and access to useful criticism and thought-provoking comments from close friends and allies while working on my ideas. As a supporter of Regime Critic, you are in that category. Having a test audience is a wonderful tool as a writer. You are all, in your way, now part of my internal peer review process.
