Right. The supremacy clause only applies to Joe Biden and not Donald Trump according to Cunningham.

If Alejandro Mayorkas committed murder or raped someone in Texas - or organized conspiracies to change the outcome of an election and to impersonate elected officials and to forge election documents, and solicited public officers to violate their oaths.

And if he committed years worth of insurance fraud and falsifying if business records in order to defraud lenders and investors - in Texas. Then yes - he should be charged and arrested in Texas, and federally also.
