Good write-up. The regime uses pre-dawn no-knock raids to 1) intimidate and terrify regular people 2) allow opportunities for their confused and terrified victims to make mistakes, resulting in additional felony charges 3) murder its enemies, as you describe here. Now they don’t have to take Bryan Malinowski to trial and have a judge and jury scrutinize their policies. Criticism will come only from people like us. This is evil.

Even if Malinowski fired first, as they allege, that is no excuse to execute him. ATF is attempting to give itself cover. We must reject the conceit that defending yourself against a pre-dawn raid you knew nothing about is a capital offense justifying immediate execution.

Going after people like Malinowski pose almost no risk. Why? They’re not criminals. Going after bangers is hard work. It takes true dedication and can get bloody. I can go on and on, but the gist of what happened is, “Look at us. We’re the Government. You can’t stand against us. We’re going to make an example out of you.”

Gunned down by the regime in his home not in spite of his status as a prominent upstanding member of his community, but because of it. These are dark times, than you for sharing this story.

There is not, of course, any reason to have a government agency in charge of three disparate completely dissimilar entities, alcohol, tobacco, and fireams.

Not one is like the rest. The bureau is pure overreach, completely superfluous.

It should be disbanded forthwith.

I’m pretty sure he probably felt like me. If, atf, you choose to try that at my house, I will be sure to take as many of you fuckers with me as I go down. And yes,he had every right to shoot first. If this was done in Florida, chances are the atf would have left a few bodies behind. As Solzhenitsyn said, they will eventually run out of imbeciles.

Honestly they shouldn’t do no-knock raids on anyone including escaped serial killers or cartel members. It endangers not only the falsely accused, innocent bystanders, but the police as well. Much like you said arrest them during a traffic stop or on the street when they have left the house. If they aren’t coming out at all, surround the place, knock and deliver the warrant. The possibility of a hostage situation or a shootout is no more likely than someone being injured when a door is kicked in by armed men. A no-knock raid while not explicitly illegal per the Fourth Amendment seems to fly in the face of the intent and spirit of it.

This is all separate of the fact that in the classic libertarian sense Alchohol, Tobacco and Firearms should be a drive-thru quickie mart not a federal agency. Or that the NFA should be rescinded.

Paranoid aside…The media’s obsessive reporting on home invasions while the government is dramatically increasing the number of no-knock raids is starting to seem deliberate.

ATF is the primary engine for anarchotyranny in the US.
